The Gears of War for Windows Title Update fixes various performance issues, including the Games for Windows LIVE update issue. This update is only compatible with the North American, South American and, Western European versions of Gears of War. If you are running the Russian or Eastern European versions of Gears of War then you will be unable to install the update. The Eastern European versions of the game include the Polish, Czechoslovakian, and Hungarian language versions of Gears of War for Windows. This has no impact on single- or multiplayer gameplay/connectivity.

Gears Of War: Installation

1) Extract the rar's
2) Mount or Burn the iso.

_____Mount: use the included Microsoft Virtual ROM tool,
___________or whatever you prefer. Then, find the new drive in "My Computer"

_____or

_____Burn: burning software has the option to "Burn from Image".
__________"GEARSOFWAR.iso" is the image. (may say system.iso)
__________You'll need a Dual-Layer DVD burner and software like Nero,
__________plus a blank Dual-Layer DVD disk.

__________Mounting is faster, cheaper, and easier, but requires HDD space
__________Burning to Disk costs more and is slow, but gives a Hard Copy

3) Install Game, do not crack yet
4) Apply Patch, then backup the updated game .exe for future patching
5) Copy 1.2 Crack over installed files
6) Enjoy!
(apply unlocker to enable cheats if you like)
