SAF celebrated his 50 yrs in football with a wonderful victory against Stoke City. Manchester United made a few changes to their regular starting line as Rooney , Ferdinand and Neville were rested giving chance to Evans and O'Shea. Tevez also got a chance in the starting line up.
Cristiano Ronaldo started it early on in the game scoring one of his trademark freekicks and bringing up his 100 goal for Manchester United. Carrick doubled the lead late in the second half and Berbatov got in the score sheet soon after the second half started. 3-0 up it was a time to
introduce the youngsters. Danny Welbeck , Gibson and Manucho were introduced. It was like the Manchester United of the future with Evans at central of defence , Gibson in midfield and Welbeck and Manucho up front.
Danny Welbeck scored a wonderful goal and Manchester United 4th. It was like training ground stuff the way Manchester united dominated. Ronaldo scored another freekick making it 5-0.
