Yuvraj: Sachin's wicket was the key

Mohali skipper Yuvraj Singh, who led his team to a one-run win over Mumbai on Wednesday, said the dismissal of Sachin Tendulkar changed the momentum in their favour.

Yuvraj, however, expressed dissatisfaction with his bowling attack. He said the bowling was well below par, especially the last over when Mumbai needed 19 runs.

"Giving VRV Singh the last over was not a gamble, but infact me bowling myself in the 18th over was a gamble," he said.

"There was every chance that the batsmen would go after me being a spinner rather than VRV Singh, a paceman who is that much more difficult to hit. But we should not have allowed them to come so close in the last over," he added.

Yuvraj, however, praised young spinner Piyush Chawla, saying that he has been a revelation.

"Anytime the team is in disarray I turn to him and eight times out of ten he delivers the goods for me," he said.

The Mohali skipper was also sad about the crowd behaviour in Mumbai booed S Sreesanth.

"Sreesanth is an India player and when he plays for India in Mumbai then the crowds need to support him. This type of booing is not good against India players," he said.

Mohali coach Tom Moody said it was nice to be in the semifinals early, but "there is a lot of hardwork left for us".
